"You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others that they may see your good deeds and glorify you Father in heaven."
Matthew 5:14-16
You were made to stand out, to be different and to shine brightly....
Our teacher training is simple and bold. We believe in the power of community, being a safe space for those who may be struggling, and a place where you gather with old friends and create new friendships.
We will dive into anatomy, sequencing, hands on assists, trauma informed yoga, Christianity and yoga. However, the most important topic we will cover will be building a community and being a source of support and light to those in and around the studio.
Pav Yoga Teacher Training will be kicking off in January 2025. We will be doing a 4 month program with two weekend modules per month and located in the Weatherford studio. We will only be accepting 6 participants so that we can ensure that we are giving each one proper attention and individual support.
Our weekend modules will consist of the following Saturdays from 8-8 and Sundays 12-5:
January 11-12 and 25-26
February 8-9 and 22-23
March 8-9 and 22-23
April 5-6 and 19-20
The program will be led by Pav Yoga's owner, Ally McCrory, several instructors within the studio, and a few special teachers and speakers along the way. To sign up text us at 678-232-4576. A $500 non refundable deposit required to reserve a spot.
