Meet The PAV Team
Ally McCrory
Owner and Instructor
Ally completed her 200 RYT at Brooke Hamblet's Teacher Training School, and has also completed Level One conducted by Baron Baptiste, Outreach Yoga Training, Art of Assisting, Xen Strength Weighted Yoga, Yoga Shred with Sadie Nardini, Yoga for Women and Pregnancy Workshop, Cyndi Lee Restorative Yoga Training and workshops taught by Rodney Yee.
Yoga has been instrumental in understanding how my body works with my mind. I love the connection between the two and learning how yoga improves our physical bodies.
Rebekah Kimsey
Instructor
Rebekah discovered Yoga in 2014 after a friend (who spent 7 years trying to talk her into trying yoga) invited her to attend a class. After that first yoga experience, Rebekah was hooked!
Rebekah works as a pediatric cardiac intensive care nurse. She encourages many types of self-care, with yoga being the primary form.
She believes yoga is not about being able to twist one’s body like a contortionist, but rather it is about THE BREATH. Rebekah believes yoga is for every ‘BODY’.
Rebekah is a 200-hour RYT and has also certified in Outreach Yoga.
Amy WAllace
Instructor
I have been a part of the Pav family for almost 6 years, and my only regret is that I didn’t find yoga earlier in life.
Away from the mat, I love to hike, camp, paddleboard, roller skate...anything outdoors. I am a retired school teacher, have one daughter who’s married, a dog and cat, and am eagerly awaiting grandkids.
Like many of you have discovered, this yoga thing and these yoga people have the power to change your life.
BKS Iyengar-
“Yoga does not change the way that we see things, it TRANSFORMS the person who sees.”
I look forward to facilitating, sharing, growing, and celebrating with you in your transformational journey! See you in the studio.
Amy has completed her Baptiste Yoga Instructor training and is a certified Baptiste yoga instructor.
Rebecca Finley
Instructor
Hi! I signed up for my first yoga class about 20 years ago as a college student and quickly dropped it for something else! A few years later I was sprinting through a very stressful career, tired, anxious, sick, stressed-out and completely burned up. I found my dusty mat and I gave it another try. Except, I left before shavasana each time because I felt I didn’t have time to be still for 5 minutes; much less breath deeply.
Thankfully an instructor convinced me to stay for the end and really feel the restoration and renewing of my practice. I then discovered the magic on my mat!
In 2013 I decided to take my practice further and received my 200 hr teaching certification from Dallas Yoga Center. When I’m not on my mat you can find me with my husband, Cooper and our daughter Jane Isabell, at the ranch feeding cows and riding horses! Or maybe selling houses!
I love guiding you through your yoga practice and helping you obtain deeper asanas and breath. I can’t wait to see you at Pav!

Hannah Steffen
Instructor
“I have been practicing yoga for 12 years but truly fell in love with the practice when I discovered hot yoga in 2016! Yoga has done wonders for my mental health and been the perfect counterpart to weightlifting and riding horses. I would describe my practice as playful and empowering and I can’t wait to share that with my fellow Pavians! One of my favorite quotes is “It’s a yoga practice not a yoga perfect.”
Outside of the studio I spend my time barrel racing, reading or hanging out with my husband and our Vizsla puppy!”
Wendy Oswood Instructor
Wendy has been practicing yoga since 2016. In 2018, she found Pav Yoga and the practice to be the perfect combination of stress reliever, fitness program and spiritual growth outlet she didn’t know she was looking for.
She is a wife, mother of 2 grown children, and a horseman. Wendy has been a Junior High
Science/Art teacher, Photographer, a partner with her husband in their Stallion Station business, and a competitor in the 2022 Mongol Derby. She enjoys horse endurance riding, art, walking
her dogs, and clean nutrition. After completing her 200 hour PYTT in 2023, Wendy has found
mental, physical and spiritual growth through the Baptiste Power Yoga body work at Pav and is
very excited to share this empowerment with others!
Alli Hill
Instructor
"I started my yoga practice 5 years ago at Pav where the community Ally has built kept me coming back for more. As a middle school teacher, I needed a place of escape and that's exactly what yoga has become for me. My personal practice is focused on alignment and creating space for myself, two things I hope to share with my Pav'ian friends! Outside the studio I love watching and talking sports, traveling and reading!
Cynthia Nelson Instructor
Cynthia Nelson grew up as a dancer and graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance Degree. Professionally, she transitioned from performing and teaching dance to hospitality managing restaurants, condominiums, conferences, and hotels. This eventually brought her to Mineral Wells, TX as the general manager of The Crazy Water Hotel.
Cynthia began taking yoga in 1999 by joining a prenatal yoga class in Austin, TX and discovered that it fed her body, mind, and soul much like dancing always had. Since then, she's practiced many forms of yoga, but particularly enjoys the flow of Baptiste's "Journey into Power" vinyasa sequence.
While Cynthia loves being on the mat, she also loves sharing her passion for yoga and exploring the different ways we can think about a posture to get the most out of it for wherever we are in our journey.
Simone Cobb
Instructor
Simone is excited to join the Pav Yoga team and believes wholeheartedly that 'Yoga is for everyone!' She has been a practitioner on and off over the decades, but became a more dedicated student in the past five years. In that time, Simone discovered the beauty of a regular yoga practice, helping to connect mind, body and spirit as a daily re-set as well as a great way to maintain health and peace of mind. Born and raised in Australia, Simone worked in TV, radio and newspapers as a journalist before moving to the States with her husband Duncan where they now run their own online training businesses. She has three children, all of whom practice yoga when she can rope them in!
Jac Turnage
Instructor
I started practicing yoga in 2013 looking for an outlet for stress. I immediately noticed the positive impact yoga had on my mental health and my ability to handle difficult situations.
But in 2018, I walked into Pav Yoga on a whim and fell in love with the community. I felt 100% welcome and 100% loved. I truly believe in this community that Ally is building and can't wait to be a part in teaching my fellow yogis.
In my free time I love spending tame with my hubby, two boys and yellow lab, Harry. I love being outside, flying airplanes with the hubs, drinking coffee and running.
