At Pav Yoga, we teach from the heart and it shows in how our instructors interact with our students. Our students are not clients to us, but friends and family. We offer a full 60 minutes of power vinyasa yoga in each of our sessions. The sessions take place in a heated studio (90 degrees) with added humidity. We believe yoga is a source that can truly help mold and change an individual from the inside out.

Our class drop-in fee is $15 and our monthly unlimited membership (no contracts, just yoga) is $85. With the monthly unlimited program you will also get free water, free mat rentals, access to our YouTube channel with Pav On Demand videos and you will be even more awesome than before!

We have opened a sister studio three blocks from the Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells. You can find the studio information and schedule on Mindbody as Pav Yoga-Mineral Wells.

Same style. Same prices. New instructors. New location.

Meet The Team

Ally McCrory
Owner and Instructor

Ally completed her 200 RYT at Brooke Hamblet's Teacher Training School, and has also completed Level One conducted by Baron Baptiste, Outreach Yoga Training, Art of Assisting, Xen Strength Weighted Yoga,  Yoga Shred with Sadie Nardini, Yoga for Women and Pregnancy Workshop, Cyndi Lee Restorative Yoga Training and workshops taught by Rodney Yee.

Yoga has been instrumental in understanding how my body works with my mind. I love the connection between the two and learning how yoga improves our physical bodies.

Rebekah Kimsey

Rebekah discovered Yoga in 2014 after a friend (who spent 7 years trying to talk her into trying yoga) invited her to attend a class.  After that first yoga experience, Rebekah was hooked!

Rebekah works as a pediatric cardiac intensive care nurse.  She encourages many types of self-care, with yoga being the primary form.

She believes yoga is not about being able to twist one’s body like a contortionist, but rather it is about THE BREATH.  Rebekah believes yoga is for every ‘BODY’.

Rebekah is a 200-hour RYT and has also certified in Outreach Yoga.

Michelle Davis

Michelle has  been practicing yoga for about 8+ years and leading classes for 4. Her wide ranged experience is mostly vinyasa flow, trapeze yoga, aqua flow, and children’s yoga.

She teaches in Fort Worth, Weatherford, and Springtown.

I just think it’s VITAL for everyone to slow down, become present, become aware and mindful of the body, connect with yourself, breathe... I think that if you take care of your mind, body, and spirit, you are then better equipped to handle everyday life. And needless to say, caring for your physical body is important if you wanna feel good!

Mom of two boys (8 years and 6 months).!

Shauna Casey

Christina’s yoga experience actually began here at Pav in 2016.  After her physical therapist recommended hot yoga following a recent hip surgery Christina found Pav and decided to give it a try.

“It changed my life; my physical, mental, and emotional status all did a 180.  Learning to control your breath and actually BREATHE has helped me in so many situations; physical pain, anxiety, anger… you name it, I have a better grip on it now.”

Christina was so inspired by these changes that in 2020 she completed her Level 1 Instructor Credential training through the Baptiste Institute.  “How could I not want to share this with others?  Look at what it did for me.”

Shauna began practicing yoga as a both a way to workout and shake stress while wedding planning four years ago, and she stuck around for all of the incredible benefits. She has been teaching yoga for two years now and has loved every minute of it. She believes in helping others develop a deeply personal yoga practice by embracing individual needs. Shauna is an Air Force brat, Aggie, Coach’s Wife and the proud mother of her one year old daughter.

Shauna is a 200-hour RYT with a degree in Psychology and a passion for mental health.  She believes in the healing power of having a mind-body connection.

I have been a part of the Pav family for almost 6 years, and my only regret is that I didn’t find yoga earlier in life.

Away from the mat, I love to hike, camp, paddleboard, roller skate...anything outdoors. I am a retired school teacher, have one daughter who’s married, a dog and cat, and am eagerly awaiting grandkids.

Like many of you have discovered, this yoga thing and these yoga people have the power to change your life.

BKS Iyengar-

“Yoga does not change the way that we see things, it TRANSFORMS the person who sees.”

I look forward to facilitating, sharing, growing, and celebrating with you in your transformational journey! See you in the studio.

Amy has completed her Baptiste Yoga Instructor training and is a certified Baptiste yoga instructor.

Jessica Calabria, Instructor

Hello! I am very blessed to be joining the Pav family. Becoming a certified yoga instructor has been a dream of mine for some time. Five years ago fate brought me into the Pav yoga studio with no idea what to expect. I was in search of a of healthier life style and workout that wouldn’t be to hard on my body.

After my first class I was captivated by my experience and I immediately signed up for unlimited classes.

My husband and I moved to Mineral Wells in January 2021 and have fallen in love with the community. When I am off my mat and not teaching I work full time as a hospice nurse. I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends & family, and cooking.

Yoga has impacted many different aspects of my life including improving my ability to manage stress, perseverance through difficult situations, and finding peace within myself.

I can’t wait to see you in the studio and be apart of your transformational journey!

Jessica has completed her Baptiste Yoga Instructor training and is a certified Baptiste yoga instructor.

Rebecca Finley, Instructor

Hi! I signed up for my first yoga class about 20 years ago as a college student and quickly dropped it for something else! A few years later I was sprinting through a very stressful career, tired, anxious, sick, stressed-out and completely burned up. I found my dusty mat and I gave it another try. Except, I left before shavasana each time because I felt I didn’t have time to be still for 5 minutes; much less breath deeply.

Thankfully an instructor convinced me to stay for the end and really feel the restoration and renewing of my practice. I then discovered the magic on my mat!

In 2013 I decided to take my practice further and received my 200 hr teaching certification from Dallas Yoga Center. When I’m not on my mat you can find me with my husband, Cooper and our daughter Jane Isabell, at the ranch feeding cows and riding horses! Or maybe selling houses!

I love guiding you through your yoga practice and helping you obtain deeper asanas and breath. I can’t wait to see you at Pav!

Hi Everyone! I’m excited to begin this new adventure with my Pav family. I’ve been an active yogi for 15 years and am eager to share my passion with others.

When I’m not on my mat, my husband and I operate our beef business on the ranch where we live and raise our two children, Campbell (5) and Leighton (3).

Yoga refreshes, restores, and transforms people. Practicing is essential to my well-being consistently provides healing, balance and peace in my life. I will guide others in the sacred connection between body and mind through breath and movement. I believe in the power of yoga and am honored for the opportunity to lead others in this practice.
